The Beginning – Global Sourcing of Scrap Rubber

Our process starts long before the first machine runs. We import high-quality tyre scrap from trusted sources around the world, ensuring a steady supply of consistent raw material. The imported rubber comes in large chunks (100mm–150mm) and undergoes an initial quality check to remove unusable or non-compliant material.

Inspection & Sorting

Once the scrap arrives at our Kadi facility, it goes through a careful inspection and sorting process. Our team ensures that only rubber meeting our quality and environmental standards moves forward for processing. This step is critical in maintaining the durability and consistency of our final products.

Rubber Chip Manufacturing (20mm)

After sorting, the rubber is shredded into 20mm rubber chips, which serve as the foundational material for further recycling. At this stage, steel wires embedded in the tyres are also extracted and cleaned. These wires are resold or repurposed, reflecting our zero-waste policy.

Rubber Tile Manufacturing

Using the finer grade of crumb rubber, we manufacture durable, non-slip, impact-resistant rubber tiles. These tiles are ideal for a wide range of environments — from fitness centers and playgrounds to industrial settings. Our in-house production gives us full control over quality, customization, and design consistency.

Quality Control & Compliance

Before reaching our customers, every batch of product undergoes rigorous quality checks and compliance testing. As a CPCB-registered facility, we maintain full traceability and provide detailed reports for all EPR-related documentation. Our team ensures that every product meets the industry’s highest standards of safety, performance, and environmental responsibility.
